A few weeks ago, the wonderful folks at Bakery on Main contacted me asking if I would like to try their gluten free products. I had heard of the company before but had never tried any of their products. This week’s tip – be open to trying new things!
A beautiful package of granola, granola bars, and oatmeal granola bars arrived and I couldn’t wait to taste the goods!
I tore into the granolas first as it’s a food I have never been able to eat before and I absolutely loved it! There was a rich, nutty flavor in each variety and I really enjoyed the different textures from the flax seeds, corn flakes, nuts, and dried fruits. I also really loved it on top of bowls of cream of buckwheat.
Sadly I couldn’t try the oatmeal bars as I cannot tolerate oats but they looked wonderful and I could see chunks of dried apple, chia seeds, and more in each bar! The granola bars were almost as good as the granola itself. Almost. Maybe it was the packaging or the sweeteners? Either way, I would definitely take these on a trip or hiking – they were delicious!
Thanks to the folks at Bakery on Main for sharing their products with me. I now have a granola addiction to fight off

I just bought a package of Bakery on Main granola yesterday while shopping in the Big City at Whole Foods. (we don’t have one where I live) I can’t wait to try it!
Yum!
