What I Graze On

When I was allergy-tested, the list of foods I could no longer eat was quite long. The only one that I have truly outgrown is my peanut allergy.

Foods that I am allergic to:

  • Gluten (wheat, barley, oats, rye, spelt, and more)
  • Quinoa
  • Dairy
  • Egg yolk
  • Fish
  • Seafood
  • Pumpkin
  • Bananas
  • Coconut

Foods that I eat:

  • Fruits
  • Vegetables
  • Egg whites
  • Beans
  • Grains including: rice, buckwheat, millet, corn
  • Potatoes and yams
  • Soy
  • Chicken, beef, and turkey

As a result of the food research I have done in recent years, I try to buy all natural, organic foods whenever possible. I have moved away from factory farmed meats and buy local, grass-fed sources of protein.

The foods that I post on my blog are just some of what I eat in a given day.
